Four of our best Bigos apartment complexes lie smack dab in the middle of downtown St. Paul—three of which border Mears Park. Located in the heart of downtown, Mears Park boasts beautiful trees, flowers, and even a little creek runs right through the man-made park. It welcomes visitors to walk, picnic, catch a show in the bandshell, or just take a quick stroll. It’s a great spot to have within walking distance of your apartment, especially in the middle of a bustling city.

Kellogg Square

You’ll find luxurious, modern apartments and townhomes in our Kellogg Square property. With a rooftop green space including grills and lounge areas, you can relax in style, while getting panoramic views of the city skyline around you.

With floor plans from studios to 3 bedrooms, there is definitely something for everyone. Individuals and families alike will find the amenities super convenient, especially our on-site convenience store and coffee shop for quick trips right downstairs.

The majority of our available units have been remodeled and include amenities such as walk-in closets, in-unit laundry, beautiful views, and are dog-friendly. Our concierge is open 24/7 and we are currently offering virtual tours on our website in lieu of in-person viewings. Call (651) 227-9224 with any questions.

Located across the street from Mears Park you’ll find some beautiful, contemporary high rises at Galtier Towers. With a rooftop pool and sun deck, they bring a tiny oasis to the downtown cityscape.

The unique design of Galtier Towers brings tons of windows, beautiful amenities, and a location to suit anyone. You barely have to step outside in the cold!

This location has 60 upscale units of studios, one-bedrooms, and two-bedrooms. For some gorgeous downtown living, you’ll find a great community with a smaller complex that doesn’t lack the amenities of larger high-rises. The Lowertown Historic District is a 16-block area of downtown St. Paul stretching from E. 7th Street to the river. The Lowertown Lofts are located in a beautiful, historic brick building that was once home to Robinson Straus & Company and Powers Dry Goods. Long closed for production, the building was renovated to be the Lowertown Lofts.

You will feel at home in our lofts that have the original high ceilings and exposed brick. But, for the most part, have been renovated to include stainless steel appliances, built-ins, and other gorgeous amenities.
