The Lowertown Historic District is a 16-block area of downtown St. Paul stretching from E. 7th Street to the river. The Lowertown Lofts are located in a beautiful, historic brick building that was once home to Robinson Straus & Company and Powers Dry Goods. Long closed for production, the building was renovated to be the Lowertown Lofts.
You will feel at home in our lofts that have the original high ceilings and exposed brick. But, for the most part, have been renovated to include stainless steel appliances, built-ins, and other gorgeous amenities.
