A brand promise is a statement that describes the value or experience a company’s customers can expect to receive every single time they interact with the company. It tells the world your purpose.
When defining our Brand Promise, we wanted a statement that not only encompassed our values, but also illuminated the guiding principles that decisions and actions would be measured against as we chart our future.
In order to draft a brand promise that reflected our entire company, a committee was formed with employees throughout different areas of the organization. They were tasked with defining who we serve, and how we serve them. A promise we make to ourselves, but more importantly, a promise we make to the communities we serve now and in the years to come.
If you’ve ever participated in a brainstorming session, it can be quite the lively exchange of ideas and insights. Our session was no different as we pushed the team to define our true passion and commitment to our residents, communities and employees. Here is what we’ve embraced as the Bigos Brand Promise:
