Made from scratch, the Colossal Cafe is a favorite of St. Paul residents. This past Best Neighborhood Cafe winner from Citypages is an affordable option that doesn’t sacrifice the quality of their food. Make sure you save room for their cinnamon rolls!

Tillie’s Farmhouse
