“I started out with Bigos a little over 6 years ago as an entry-level technician focusing on turnovers and property appearance. Over the years I have gained knowledge in appliance repairs, repairing garage doors, pinning locks, working on HVAC systems, installing appliances, unclogging drains and several other tasks.

Currently, I am a supervisor of a high rise community and I am in charge of ordering, delegating work orders, working with vendors and maintaining every piece of mechanical equipment in my buildings. I am responsible for delegating the workload to my team members. I work very closely with my Property Manager and team with regard to daily/monthly expenses and workflow.

I have trained my team and lead daily in providing excellent service to our residents ensuring that they have a well-maintained home to live in.  I am the example of providing excellent service to our residents, customers and to our company. I enjoy sharing my vision and confidence with my team and seeing the accomplishments that come from that.
